Richard joined Harris in January 2021. He leads the Professional Services function and brings a strong Development and Software Project Delivery background to the Professional Services team.
Richard understands the challenges an organization faces implementing software solutions when it’s not the organizations core competency. Richard brings experience, focus and strategy to the preparation, deployment and Hypercare of client implementation and services engagement. With over 25 years of IT experience in full lifecycle development and deployment on local, regional and global projects and program, Richard is well versed to provide expertise on project success.
