Julia has been with Cognera for over 10 years, having joined the team twice since 2008. She is an ally and proponent of effective change, and strives for quality execution, innovation, and client success.
Julia has spent the last 15 years expanding her leadership range in the utility and the oil and gas industries. She has focused on leading the delivery of enterprise-wide solutions, implementing technology solutions that advanced the strategic needs of the business. She has extensive experience in process improvement and change, always with an eye on incrementally moving the needle towards greater business and operational success.
She attended McMaster University where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce, and furthered her education later on in life, attaining her MBA through DeVry’s Keller Graduate School in the USA.
