Jessalynn joined Harris in 2023 with over 25 years experience leading Customer Service teams across several industries including transportation, banking, healthcare, and most recently the utilities industry. Having spent most of her career as the “client”, she has a unique perspective to understand the needs of her clients as they work together to develop software solutions to various business needs.

Jessalynn has a strong understanding of what it takes to implement a large-scale technology project, especially considering the impact on staff and customers. She supports her clients through her thought leadership in all stages from developing the business strategy to implementation and realization of the business benefits.

Jessalynn attended Wilfrid Laurier University where she obtained a Bachelor of Business degree. After working for a few years, she attended the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and obtained her MBA. She currently lives in Ontario with her 2 children and the family cat.
